Resistance To a Trip - From the Karma Files

 

This is a case study from my files that seems a good time to share with all of you as you may be feeling resistance to a trip or a big change.

Years ago, when we visited the Sun Dial Medicine Wheel, I was grateful that I knew how to clear karma.  You see, I was quite resistant to going to the medicine wheel, and I did not know why.  I just knew that something dreadful would happen.

I let this emotion build and build and I talked myself out of going several times.  Finally, common sense kicked in and I realized that there must be some reason for the reluctance to go to the medicine wheel.

I sat in meditation one night, and asked why I had this issue.  I heard that I needed to clear Karma using the guidance of the Angels of Karma.  I have a great meditation for this purpose and I sat in meditation.

The first story that needed clearing was that several thousand years ago, I was a Medicine Man working with my tribe at the medicine wheel.  At the end of our ceremony, the sky went dark for three days because of an eclipse.  At that time, the Earth turned more slowly.  My tribe believed that I had stopped the Sun.  They thought that no one should have that power, and they killed me.  Coincidently, the Sun returned after they killed me, and the People believed that they had done the right thing.

There were several more stories that were similar in that I died near or because of the medicine wheel.

When I cleared the energy of imbalance around these stories, my body relaxed and I was able to travel to the wheel, and to enjoy.

Brotherhood and Healing

My two words for the day are “brotherhood” and “healing”.  My first thought was, “Wow, that is a far-out combination!”  Then I realized that the only way to heal is to incorporate the concept of “brotherhood” into our lives.   Brotherhood means “the belief that all people should act with warmth and equality toward one another, regardless of differences in race, creed, nationality, etc.”.  This definition comes from dictionary.reference.com.

Brotherhood is hard for most of us to incorporate into our lives because we believe that most people have one of these attributes: they should listen to us, but don’t; they aren’t as smart as us; they are worthless; they are lazy; they are losers; they are control freaks; and, they are too much trouble.  That is quite a list of judgements that we have about people. 

I realize that my big task is to look at my life and who I work with, and accept them as is, in brotherhood, so that I can speed up any self healing that I have left to do.  As well, I need to work with the people that Creator puts in my path so that I can see what lessons I need to learn.  Learning brings a great peace to our lives.  This makes me think about a slide that a friend sent me.  Here it is.  I wonder if it is also saying that we have a chance to clear Karma with that person.

I will continue to mull over this idea of Brotherhood and healing, and work to walk this talk.

Angels Talk About Revenge

The information below is what I received in a channel quite a while ago.  I was going through some old writing and found this channel that seems as relevant today as it did back then.

Dearest Ones!  We delight in all that you do.  We see you take on tasks that seem to be impossible, and we see you make the world work.  We see that you have learned to fly higher and faster even though you do not have wings.  We see you have compassion for beings that cannot speak.

What we do not understand is your need to have “revenge”.  Revenge, from what we see is about inflicting punishment in return for some real or imagined injury or insult. Revenge is about “not love”.  Love does make the world go round.  Revenge is someone deciding to play Creator and change the course of another individual's life by deciding that they must “pay” for something.  

We say to you, would you want someone making decisions like this for your life?  Do unto others!  Revenge is really about temper – anger.  It is about not getting your way.  It is about interfering with the path of others.  Yes, you can say that it is your path.  However, in this life, each of you has a choice to make.  This life is about choices.  If revenge is your ch(joy)oice, then you will be on this treadmill of life for a long time.  

Enjoy life and do not seek revenge.  It will create more karma for you, and it will interfere with the love vibration.  We the Archangels tell you that it is so.

Horse on Community

Sometimes, when I meditate, animals will come through what looks like a huge gate or arch way.  It seems that this is a way that the Universe opens the door for me to learn.

In this meditation, several horses came through the arch way to chat with me.  

Some unusual things were happening with them.  The two horses spoke with one voice.  Their movements were almost identical.  The pictures that they shared with me were similar, and not exact.  I asked them why there was this discrepancy in their movement and pictures.  They laughed!  They said that they were each unique and had no reason to copy the other.  They said that they were community so shared thoughts and lessons, and what they knew, for the good of the herd.

I had a short conversation with them.  I learned much!

• Although there is a leader determined by strength and ability to fight, Horse is basically not political.
• Every horse in the herd has its place.  To lose a member of the herd is to disrupt the community and throw it out of balance.  Mostly – we as humans do not feel this loss.
• The herd is healing to its members.  The community gives the individual strength to overcome.  
• The Oneness helps the herd to see what must be healed or mended.  Oneness strengthens, and does not divide.
• All herd members but the premier stallion takes turns guarding the foals.  This is again to protect the herd and its growth.  This is a wonderful design in Nature to ensure that the young survive.  The adult horses do not attack and abuse the young.  
• The healthy members protect the weaker members and they especially the elderly horses.  The elderly horses carry the memories of the herd and share them freely.  They are the historians.  
• Horses believe in karma – that if they do not follow the “Horse” code, that they will return in the same circumstances until they do understand and follow the horse code.

Karma Files - Resistance to Visiting a Medicine Wheel

Several people have asked me for examples of how clearing karma in this life time works.  I am sharing a story about the experience that I had eleven years ago when my husband and I were going to experience a medicine wheel.

This is a Time of Clearing Karma

I have been working with clearing and resolving my karma for years.  I see karma as unfinished movies that have been put into archives, and, like the movies that are in the archives in Hollywood, need to be brought out and completed. 

One of the nudges that I got to work on it harder came from an article that  I was reading that was a channelled message from Archangel Michael. I was struck by the following passage....

“I would say to you it is so and karma is working itself out. Still, when this is occurring, I am aware of what is happening and doing my part to assist in that karmic balance, which is so important at this time.

Karma is Balancing

You know and you feel how severely the karmic balance is working itself out, now that you have passed the millennium change. You expected this but perhaps you did not realize how very strong the karmic underlying energy would flow on your planet. It is very true that those who are not of the Light but as you would say are of the lesser Light, are deepening their energies to solidify that which is evil for their own selfish means, their own selfish greed. Because of that, you are noticing evil things occurring on a daily basis. The thoughts of those who are evil and greedy are in your newspapers; they are on your radio and on your television. You are hearing them on a daily basis; you are seeing them and you are realizing the results of their conniving efforts.

On the other hand, you have those of Light, that balance of energies between the lesser Light versus the Light. Those of the Light are bringing in more and more energies from the Great Central Sun and from the finer dimensions. That Light is gathering energy and is strengthening those people who are on the edge perhaps, wondering what is occurring on Earth. Many are coming towards the Light rather than towards the evil ways and so the Light is strengthening and the love is pouring upon the planet. This passage confirms that karma is indeed coming up for balancing, and we, this generation moving into the next four decades is being asked to clear it as quickly as we can. Our Ancestors are asking to have their “unfinished movies” produced and filed so they may move on to their next assignment.

How does the karma show up for us? It may first come up as an injury. If we don’t pay any attention to it, it then goes away, and reseats itself as a more permanent body pain. Again, if we ignore it, the karma may move into emotional or mental instability, and when it begs release, it shows up in our bodies as a long term illness that may be come terminal quite quickly.

What can we do? There are various ways to clear karma. One can use Reiki, Energy Medicine, BodyTalk, Quantum Touch, EFT – all of which are energy healing modalities, and, this is just a partial list. Or, one can do meditations, of various types that will also clear karma.

Some More About Karma

  

Rolling the memories of your life, back and forth on the big screen of your life, you will see moments when it seemed luck was on your side, and that nothing can go wrong.  Then, you see times where you were unkind and life smacks you with something grim that you have to deal with.

The Spirit Guides talk to us about Karma, the idea that what we put out to the world comes back to us, sometimes as much as ten fold or ten times.  To explain this, think about something very loving and kind that you did for not just one person, but for a group of people.  Not only did you feel a sense of rightness after the action, you also saw "rewards" from doing that particular action.  Send out – get back.  

The Spirit Guides tell us that karma has a long reach through many life times.  So, if you were a taker in a previous life time, in this life time, the Universe might reverse that action, and you will need to be constantly giving, at expense to yourself.  

There are not hard, fast rules of karma.  Today, think of all the good things that you can do for people, and begin doing them.

Some Thoughts About Karma

 

A while ago, a reader asked me to write more about karma.  Here are some quotes about karma that come from Buddhism.

I started learning and practicing Buddhism several decades ago.  And, I am still learning as there are so many nuances to the Buddhism way of life.

The online Dictionary.com defines karma as:

kar·ma

NOUN

1. (in Hinduism and Buddhism) the sum of a person's actions in this and previous states of existence, viewed as deciding their fate in future existence.

   
   

I translate this as meaning that how you manage yourself in your past lives will determine how you are treated and regarded in this lifetime.  Many think that karma is only about past evil deeds coming back to haunt them in this life.  However, past life kindnesses and closing of loops of bonds with people are also part of the clearing of karma.  More about this in a later post.

Some thoughts:

"I am the owner of my karma. 

I inherit my karma. I am born of my karma. I am related to my karma.  
I live supported by my karma. 

Whatever karma I create, whether good or evil, that I shall inherit."

Does Karma Take Too Long?

 

I saw this poster, and thought,

“That is the problem we have today, everyone would rather fight than try to work things out.  I think that it is a product of impatience, and ego, and training.  We have learned through history that the one with the bigger stick seems to win.  So, that is what we focus on – winning.  Winning is really a form of losing when the solution only solves the problem for one person or group.  If you win, you have failed, as a leader, because not everyone is happy.  While I agree that there are some folks that you will probably never satisfy, the majority are happy and look for solutions to what keeps them from doing their job, or from living their life in peace and with ease.”

Perhaps I am wrong in my thoughts. Perhaps this poster has it right.  Perhaps we should defend ourselves, and do what is in our power to prevail over others with our own thoughts and values.
