While most of us crave companionship on a daily basis, we all do need to have quiet moments and be alone.  It is in being alone that we meet ourselves and assess what we are doing.  Being alone gives us a chance to try things without the running commentary of family and friends, and, it gives time to find those things that feed our Soul.

As the Earth changes, we change.  We need quiet time to process the changes.  We can discover that we are amazing; that life is amazing; and that the world is amazing.

Turtle Speaks Out

 

It is time, I say, to listen again to Turtle.  We who are judged the slowest of beings have one of the best of lives.  We carry what we need with us.  We have a place to sleep when we want to sleep.  There are not any special times that we must eat, or go, or do.  

We see that the human race has moved out of balance with the natural rhythm of the Earth.  It causes the humans grief and sickness.  It causes unhappiness.  

Just for a moment, find that place deep within and match your breathing to the same heartbeat of the Mother Earth.  You will be soothed.  It will feel like a vacation.  Try it now.

Believe in Your Destination

What do you want to be?  Who do you want to be?  The correct answer to both of these questions is: “Yourself”.  You are unique. That ability to think, do, see, hear, smell, in a way that no one else can therefore provides a service to the Earth and to the Universe that is distinct from all others. 

We have been fashioned by media, by drugs, by food,  to behave like flocks of sheep. The energies that are bombarding the Earth from other parts of the Universe are stimulating people to step out of the fog of banality.  Moving forward, people will be discovering, creating, inventing things that we did not “believe” could be done.  All things are possible.

You Radiate Energy

There is a shift in people’s view of what feels right.  This shift is partly because all of the humans are starting to feel the stirring of the energy in them.  People are radiating goodness, kindness, compassion.  It may only be in small ways, and yet, energy waves travel remarkable distances.  Good deeds are moving human consciousness forward.  People are more content with being.  True, there are days were nothing feels right.  More often though, there is a sense of moving through time and space.  There is a feeling that the Earth must be helped; that animals and humans need assistance when they are not able to fend for themselves. This energy is moving us forward.

You - The Universe

This poster sent a zing through my system when I saw it.  It brought up so many memories of my teachers telling me that our physical body is part of the earth.  Our soul is part of the Universe.  

One reason that they had to keep explaining it to us as students, is that on the path of learning, one tends to forget the bigger picture.  The bigger picture is that the Earth and the Universe have existed long before mankind hit the scene and, according to astronomers, the Universe has kept expanding beyond what we can actually understand.  

My teachers would say that man/capitalism/corporations have this belief that they can control and manage the Earth and thereby manage humans.  And yet the Earth and the Heavens create weather that is not manageable, earthquakes and volcanoes that are not manageable, and the introduction of new species that come from Nature, which is not manageable.  The teaching is that we are to be caretakers of the Earth to help her in her creation.  

If the Earth is constantly changing and the Universe is changing (stars die and new stars are created) then we as part of the Earth and the Universe shall be constantly changing, expanding, and creating.  Life is a wonderful gift.

Nature’s Wonder

 

The picture above is taken during a huge hail storm that looks like snow, on June 20 2026. The hail lasted about twenty-five minutes and shredded leaves and knocked leaves and some branches off trees, and changed the temperature to cold.  What a day!

Now is a good time to remember that weather (whether) it is summer or fall or winter or spring, Nature is where we must go to balance and to regenerate.  

We humans do not own the Earth; we are of the Earth.  The earth’s minerals and water flows through us.  We lose the Earth connection in the cities and even in rural areas – anywhere where life is “rushing” and where daily routines create stress and anxiety.  

If you feel stress and anxiety, then now is the time to slow down.  Now is the time to step out into Nature to bring down the stress level.  All is well.

Prayer

 

The Angels tell us that the easiest way to speak with Creator is to simply talk to Creator in prayer.  A prayer is simply when we talk to Mother/Father God, or to the Supreme Being  that is in your belief system.  

I think simple prayers work the best because they come from the heart.   

I love this prayer because it covers so much.

Give Us Hearts to Understand

Never to take from creation's beauty more than we give;

Turtle’s Wisdom

Turtle – one that we associate with wisdom, age, earth, water, and fire, had many thoughts to share with us.

Some of these thoughts were:

• Minimize your possessions.  They weigh you down and you cannot carry them all with you.  A home may be carried anywhere.
• Swim deeply into the depths of emotions and look them all in the eye.  You must face them to let them drop away.
• Find ways to be on the Earth and with the water at least weekly.  This is balance.
• Drink much water to get the oxygen into your blood.  
• Withdraw when you need to.  Your home is sacred and you can keep others out.

Elk and Friends

Elk always knows where the sweetest grass is, and where the water runs clean and pure.  The legends speak of Elk’s ability to talk with the earth, the rocks, the trees, and all that is with them.  If you look in the picture above, you can see the face of a guardian in the rock face.  The Guardians look after the Earth and the animals.  The Guardians are friends to the Elk, and protect them while their antlers are growing.

Angels Care for the Earth

 

Dear Ones!  You do not realize how often that we walk with you, and how often we care for the Earth, all the animals, for you, and, really, for all Beings on the planet.  This is a very delightful time.  Although we hear you say that it is chaotic, we see huge levels of change.  We see people being kinder and healthier than they were a decade ago.  We see hope, and light, and laughter.  We do see the grimmer things that upset you so.  Remember, these are paths that each participant has written.  These are steps they want to take.  Sometimes it seems that there is no justice, as you call it.  Yet, we see everything in balance.

Try looking at a bigger picture, and you may see the beauty of the way things work.  It is never about you or you or you (as we point fingers at different people); it is about the all, or unity or the Universe.

Love to all of you and peace be with you too.

Badger Says - Dig In!

One animal that is very in tune with the Earth is Badger.  She digs many dens and will burrow after prey, if it is worthy prey.  She is always busy and it is not often that she is at rest.  When she is resting, she provides her teachings.  This time, her teachings are about “digging in”.  

• If you decide to take something on, then dig in and do it with the utmost thoroughness.  There shall be no sloppy work!
• Find a healthy diet and dig into the farmer’s markets to get the best and freshest of the produce.  This food will nourish your body and spirit.
• Find your passion and dig into it to make it your life work.  All people with passion create “something” that lasts and becomes a legacy.

Valentine’s Day Feb 14 2026

 

Many people love Valentine’s Day because it is a chance to share love in February which is often cold and isolating in the north.  Some men find it a great time to propose to the person that they want to spend the rest of their life with.  For some folks, it is a chance to party.  Regardless of how you feel about the day, here is my wish for you.

Valentine’s Day Wish

May your day start with gentleness and a hot cup of coffee or tea.

May you feel the warmth of Mother Earth as she holds you and every person on Earth, in her nurturing.

May you move gracefully through the day, allowing any challenges or road blocks to slip peacefully away.

May you be filled with loving kindness and be well and happy!

Transformation Washes Through Us

This picture reminds us that there are grand changes in the Earth’s energy from the recent full moon on February 1 2026.

Feel the changes sweep through your body.  As it changes, notice that you are very tired and grumpy.  Then, you are full of energy and excitement.  Then you are sad or even depressed.  Then you are filled with love and joy.  Forgiveness is easy.  

Do these symptoms sound schizophrenic to you?  They are very close to the symptoms of that dis-ease.  Currently, you are in a state of dis-ease so it is not any wonder that the symptoms are very similar.  Through this change, we throw out all that we have valued because it no longer carries weight.  Notice that all of the crimes against THE PEOPLE – YOU AND I AND ALL OF US – are being uncovered and brought to the forefront, or, as one of my friends says, “into the light”.

We are not willing to be told what to do, think, say, believe, value, or obey.  We are free minded with free will.  We can choose differently than we have in the past.

Go forth and change and cause change to happen!

Tiger on Black And White

Not only is this picture very cute, it reminds me that Tiger has a lot to say about things being black and white. 

• The definition of black is defined by white, and the reverse is true.
• Wearing both colours shows that both colours fade to grey.  Grey then, is the combination of the colours, and the place where mixing of the colours happens.
• Being black and white and grey allows one to blend with many landscapes.  Therefore, it is the colour of harmony, if it is allowed to be.
• Spirit cultivates black for grounding with the Earth, and cultivates white for connecting with the Celestial.  There is harmony in this like the harmony found in black and white piano keys.

Often, we humans think that everything is black and white, that is, everything is either right or wrong or a truth or a falsehood.  We tend not to see the grey.  And yet the grey is so important to balance.  Most of us live in the grey.

Miracle of Life

I read this quote several times.  It triggered so many questions in my mind. Why would we not touch the miracle of being alive?

As I contemplated and quested in my mind, I realized that several things come in to play in each of our lives.

• Some of us come with a contract to Earth to do the bare minimum of living.
• Some come to experience a variety of things - drugs, alcoholism, debilitating disease, rejection, becoming a cleric or monk, being a hero, and the list goes on.
• Some come with the ability to enjoy Nature and the little miracles that happen each day but are ignored by many.
• Some come to change the world.

Some are on a continuum of the above that lets them see the miracle of life as they become seniors.  How we live is perfect for why we are here.

Take Your Time

Our Pets Speak

 

We too came from the stars. 

We too know about choosing journeys.

We have chosen to be here, now, with you on Earth.

We intervene when we can so that the hurts that might be inflicted on people are inflicted on us.

We have borne much cruelty from Man kind.

We, therefore, have issue with the word “mankind”.  

Our experience is that most of the human race is not kind to us or to each other.

We hope this changes very soon, or, we may return to the stars.

The first time I saw this sign, I laughed out loud!  This explains what happens to so many people who are diagnosed with mental disorders.  

We come to Earth to find ourselves, and while we are on Earth, we escape our physical reality to find ourselves.  We say, “I don’t know who I am!”  

We look for signs to tell us the way to ourselves.  We take drugs to find ourselves.  Some people try counselling, meditation, and other forms of self help, to find themselves.

Through it all, our families watch and determine that the searchers are “different” or not normal.  The searchers discover that the family is dysfunctional.  

The cosmic joke is that none of us is perfect, and yet, we judge others as though we are.
